Shortcuts to Environmental Projects Thienes Gateway at the San Gabriel River Pasadena Unified School District Irwindale Trail Enhancement

Irwindale Trail EnhancementHBT is working with the City of Irwindale and the Los Angeles County Public Works to beautify the Arrow Highway entrance to the San Gabriel River in the City of Irwindale. The site is located just across from the Santa Fe Dam. Some of the elements to include in this project is a rest area for bikers and pedestrians equipped with a canopy shade, seats, security light, drinking fountain, a trash receptacle, native vegetation, native trees for shade, a new wrought iron gate, an educational kiosk, and an element of rock art. Design plans are constantly being implemented as the project evolves. The plans posted here are updated as per September 21, 2004 and are still in the design stage. Irwindale Trail Enhancement Design
