EVENT BOOK AD SPECIFICATIONS

Deadline

Last day to receive ad information is June 9, 2008 at 5 PM Pacific Time.   If ad information is not received by this date and time, your ad will go into the book using a generic template.

Ad Size

            Full page: 8.5” width X 11” height

            Half page: 8.5” width X 5.5” height

            ¼ Page: 4.25” width X 5.5” height

            Business Card: 3.5” width X 2” height  

Designed Ads

If you are designing your ad, please provide the document in PDF format. Minimum resolution is 300 dpi

Ads To Be Designed 

If you need to have your ad prepared by H/LABT please provide the following elements

 Graphics: Minimum resolution: 250 dpi in JPEG, PDF, Adobe Photoshop,  or Adobe Illustrator (we prefer PDF documents)

Text: Provide complete content of the text in Microsoft Word. Specify any particular font type if desired.

Photographs: Minimum resolution of 350 dpi for pictures and other graphics.

Sketch: Provide a sketch of how you would like to see the elements placed in your ad. Sketches can be hand drawn, scanned, and emailed to hbteam@earthlink.net. Sketches can also be faxed to HBT (323) 957-1495. Please email or fax your sketches with subject: “Event Book Ad”: attention "EVENTS."
